Cloud / on-premises
Gridraven supports both SaaS and on-premise deployment models.
In the SaaS model, the Claw platform is hosted, maintained, and operated within the Gridraven Cloud under Gridraven’s security, monitoring, and compliance framework.
In the on-premise model, the Claw deployment runs within the customer’s own infrastructure and is managed by the customer’s operations team under their internal policies.
Integration interfaces and communication protocols with external systems remain identical across both deployment types, ensuring consistent functionality, interoperability, and data exchange workflows.
Connection
- Availability of a fully functional IEC 60870-5-104 or REST API for integration with SCADA/EMS and other information systems.
- Transmission of output data in JSON, XML, or another agreed format.
- Support for flexible data synchronization modes: periodic updates, event-driven synchronization, historical queries, and emergency alerts.
